SCiM Participation Fee

The participation fee for SCiM 2025 is 150 €.
This contribution helps us provide you with a high-quality and unforgettable experience in Maribor.

The fee covers:

• Accommodation for the entire duration of the conference,
• Three meals per day,
• Full access to all lectures, workshops, and discussions,
• Participation in cultural, social, and networking activities,
• SCiM welcome pack and conference materials.

Please note that travel costs are not included in the participation fee.
